Who we are

What this website collects

This website itself stores no personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics trackers, and no database. The quote form on our homepage composes a WhatsApp message on your own device — nothing you type is sent to or stored by this website.

What we collect when you contact us

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the quote form, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, contact number, address or Eircode, and information about the job. We use this to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide a quote (legal basis: steps at your request prior to entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• deliver and manage the service you book (legal basis: performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b));
• keep invoices and business records (legal basis: legal obligation under Irish tax law, Article 6(1)(c));
• follow up after a completed job to check you were happy (legal basis: our legitimate interest in service quality, Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not send marketing messages without your consent, and we never sell or share your details for advertising.

Who else processes your data

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): if you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
• Google (Google Ireland Ltd): this site embeds a Google Map in the contact section. Loading the map connects your browser to Google, which may set cookies — see Google's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts and secures this website, and processes visitor IP addresses for security and delivery purposes — see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Where these providers transfer data outside the EEA, they do so under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed jobs, quotes and invoices are kept for 6 years as required by Irish tax law, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at the details above — we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Other things you should know

We don't make automated decisions about you and we don't use profiling. Providing your details is never a legal requirement — but we can't provide a quote without a way to contact you. If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
